Alexander Rogan is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer at PSM with over 13 years of experience. Alex has worked on the detailed design of the permanent tunnel linings of numerous civil tunnel design projects within Australia, including, Westconnex – M4East, Sydney Metro City & Southwest Victoria Cross Station, Rozelle Interchange and Cross River Rail. Alex was involved in all phases of the Cross River Rail project including the tender, design phase and Construction Phase Services (CPS). His areas of special expertise include steel fibre reinforced concrete and shotcrete structures, fire design, numerical modelling and design of 3D tunnel intersections and reinforced concrete tunnels.
