David has 22 years of experience as a civil engineer working across a broad range of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, specialising in structural design of underground, aboveground and marine temporary works in New Zealand and Australia. Notable projects David has worked on are: Melbourne North East Link, Sydney Metro West – Eastern Tunnelling Project, Auckland City Rail Link, Central Interceptor, Waterview Connection and Victoria Park Tunnel. His involvement during the construction phase, often liaising directly with contractors, gives him an in-depth understanding of construction project requirements. He is an innovative and safe designer, able to work closely with project teams to deliver cost-effective temporary and permanent works solutions.
