He has served as the design lead for high-profile projects such as Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package, Auckland City Rail Link, and Melbourne Metro Tunnel. Howard has also contributed to numerous significant projects in both design and construction, including Coomera Connector, Brisbane Metro, Sydney Light Rail, Pacific Highway Upgrade, Princes Highway Upgrade, and various major motorways in Australia.
