Michael David is Acciona’s Area Manager – Tunnels on the Alkimos Desalination Project. He received a degree with honours from The University of Western Australia in 2010 and has worked on a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects, including mining, transportation and water. For the last 7 years, Michael has specialised in managing projects utilising Slurry Tunnel Boring Machines and completed projects primarily for the Western Australian Water Corporation, including several projects that received state and national awards. As the Area Manager – Tunnels Michael is responsible for the safe completion of the intake and outfall tunnels for the Alkimos Desalination Plant.
