Keith is the Director of Infrastructure Engineering (NSW) at SYSTRA, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the NSW divisions three streams. With specialised experience in tunnelling and underground construction, Keith is responsible for driving sustainable business growth, managing divisional P&L performance, and ensuring delivery excellence across a compelx portfolio of infrastructure mega-projects. His role encompasses strategic planning and execution, business development, client relationship management, and technical leadership across major tunnelling and infrastructure projects including Sydney Metro, Western Harbour tunnel and various high-speed rail initiatives.

As a chartered engineer, Keith brings a deep technical expertise in tunnel engineering methodologies (TBM, mined excavation, drill and blast) combined with strong commercial acumen in project procurement, cost analysis an risk management. He actively contributes to the profession through his leadership roles within the International Tunnelling Association (ITA-AITES) as well as his position on the Australin Tunnelling Society where he representes industry on SafeWork NSW's Tunnelling Code of Practice Working Group.
