Paul Barraclough is a Principal at Delve Underground with 30 years international experience in design and design management of soft-ground and hardrock underground structures and tunnels, including mined (NATM/ SEM) and TBM tunnels, pipe-jacking, construction management and supervision on behalf of consultants and contractors.

International design and construction management experience gained in the UK, Singapore, USA, Doha, Australia and New Zealand.

A few notable tunnelling projects he has worked on in Australia, North America and Singapore are North East Link, Sydney Metro West ETP & WTP, Brisbane’s Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro City & Southwest, Melbourne Metro, Brisbane’s Airport Link, Number 7 Subway Line Extension (NYC, USA), East Side Access (NYC, USA), Deep Tunnel Sewer Scheme Contract T-03 (Singapore).
