Below are the registration rates, inclusions and terms and conditions for registrations. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

THE FINE PRINT

  • To be eligible for the early bird rates, registrations must be submitted AND fully paid by the deadline of 10 July 2025. Registrations with outstanding balances after this date will be updated to the applicable standard and late rates.
  • Member rates are applicable only to members of Australian Tunnelling Society, Engineers Australia and New Zealand Tunnelling Society.
  • Young member rate is only applicable to current members of Australian Tunnelling Society under the age of 35.
  • Student rates are only applicable to individuals who will be full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students at the time of the Conference commencement in November 2025. Proof of student status will need to be provided at the time of registration. Without this, the relevant member/non-member rates will apply.
  • Presenting authors of accepted papers are entitled to a discounted full registration rate. Instructions will be emailed to authors separately from the ATC 2025 Managers.
  • Social function tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

All visitors travelling to Australia must have a valid visa. It is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least two months prior to departure from your point of origin. Please contact register.atc2025@arinexgroup.com should you require a welcome letter. Welcome letters will only be issued to registered and paid delegates.

The ATC 2025 Managers are not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Perth, Western Australia.





Full Registrations

Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email, with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment accompanies your form.

 

Name Badge

Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The ATC 2025 Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.



Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.

 

Invoice and Bank Transfer

Payment by invoice or bank transfer is on request basis only. Please contact register.atc2025@arinexgroup.com PRIOR to completing the form.



Group Registration

If you would like to raise a request for group registration, please contact register.atc2025@arinexgroup.com PRIOR to completing the form.



All cancellations and changes must be notified in writing to the ATC 2025 Managers at register.atc2025@arinexgroup.com. Such requests cannot be accepted over the phone.

 

Registration fees: Cancellations on or before Sunday 10 August 2025 will incur a AU$150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations from Monday 11 August 2025 to Tuesday 30 September 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after Wednesday 1 October 2025 will not be entitled to refunds.

 

Social function tickets: Payments are non-refundable from Wednesday 1 October 2025.



The program and any published materials are correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisations nor the ATC 2025 Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

 

The organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.



The organisers of ATC 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct which all attendees are expected to comply with.



Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with the ATC 2025 Managers, Arinex. All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex (where applicable). If you receive any external communications please note proceeding with booking with an external provider is at your own risk and no liability will be borne by the ATC 2025 Managers.
