Jeff is the Executive Vice President of Sy-Klone International, based in Jacksonville, Florida. He serves as the U.S. Technical Advisory Group Chair for ISO TC-82 Mining and as the Convenor of ISO Working Group 9 on Operator Enclosures. Jeff is also the International Project Lead for ISO 23875, the global standard for air quality control systems and performance testing in mining operator enclosures. In 2012, Jeff founded the International Society of Environmental Enclosure Engineers (ISEEE)—a nonprofit organization committed to the elimination of lower lung diseases resulting from work place exposure to dust in operator enclosures. Jeff is the principal private sector researcher for the NIOSH Smart Cab project, working closely with the Pittsburgh Mining Research Division. He also teaches Advanced Cab Theory and is a recognized thought leader who speaks regularly on operator enclosure air quality around the world.
